AFN Annual President’s Club awardees. This is an exclusive reward event.
Awardees may bring a spouse or significant other as their guest.
AFN is paying for the hotel room, airfare, food, beverages, shuttle transportation to/from the airport, and entertainment for awardees and their guests. Items not covered by AFN are spa appointments, incidental room charges, room service, mini bar, hotel bar tabs, and hotel shop charges.

Your hotel room will be booked for you as part of the group. If you have special needs, please indicate that in your RSVP or email ctrujillo@afncorp.com.
A car service will be provided to take you and your guest to the hotel. This information will be emailed to you prior to the event.

Dress code for the event is Resort Casual, Poolside & for the Awards Dinner, you can opt for Resort Dressy if you are feeling fancy.
Hotel check in is 4:00 PM EST. Rooms may be ready earlier, though this is not guaranteed. Check out is no later than 11:00 AM EST on Sunday. Late check outs may be requested on the morning of check out but are not guaranteed.
