Awardees may bring a spouse or significant other as their guest.
AFN is paying for the hotel room, airfare, food, beverages, shuttle transportation to/from the airport, and entertainment for awardees and their guests. Items not covered by AFN are spa appointments, incidental room charges, room service, mini bar, hotel bar tabs, and hotel shop charges.

Dress codes are listed per event on the agenda above. Most events are resort casual, except for the awards dinner, which is resort dressy.
The hotel has a cleaning regime to protect guests. Masks are not mandatory except in the airport and on the airplane. Most events take place outside to lower the risk of spreading germs and those events located indoors are in a larger room than needed for the group size, to give more space to social distancing as desired. Negative covid tests and vaccination status are not being checked, however, we highly recommend testing prior to departure if you have any cold-like symptoms. Thank you.
